How to soothe plugged ears/ear pain associated with seasonal allergies? - ear pain from ear plugs

I have seasonal allergies and pollen counts are so high, my ears are fully connected and painful. I tried Sudafed and ibuprofen, and do not give a great relief. Any other suggestions?

If you hide your allergies. First, know what you have allergies, peanuts, plants, cat sheds, the risk of horses, dogs, hay, dust, mold, odors, strawberries, varieties of notes, etc.. Then I suggest that if Flonase Nasal Spray nasal or ask a general practitioner for him.
